Dime Chart, because I hate fisdap

Dime Chart is the name of a website front end I'm writing. The site, as of writing this serves no actual purpose and is just a mockup.

In paramedic school, me, my classmates, and instructors all hate fisdap. Perhaps by writing a new site we can kill of this program that has been used by cohorts for the past 2 decades. 

I'm not great with back end stuff. But I'm ok at writing front end. So we'll have to see what happens.

This project's code is currently private. I have no intention of publicly sharing the repo at this time.
